  • Non-custom retail items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom and personalized orders (including sublimated uniforms, custom jerseys, name/number printing, and team orders) are processed after design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Processing times for custom orders vary depending on order size, production schedule, and workload. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service selected.

Shipping method availability and rates are calculated at checkout or communicated during invoicing for custom orders.

 


 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided separately for custom and bulk orders.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of delays or carrier issues.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated shipping times depend on:

  • Carrier service selected

  • Destination

  • External factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays

Custom Orders & Shipping

For custom and team orders:

  • Shipping timelines begin after production is completed

  • Production delays may affect shipment dates

  • Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability)

 


 

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available at our store location:

Pickup availability and timing will be confirmed once the order is ready.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tienda Deportiva NY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number

  • We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolutions

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Tienda Deportiva NY is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend orders.
